This vision led ELIATIS to partner with Stucchi. Its machines operate in extreme conditions, facing constant vibrations, sudden shocks, and pressure spikes that challenge hydraulic systems. The goal was to minimize machine downtime and increase productivity without compromising operator safety.

The solution was found in the VEP-P series quick couplings, designed to perform reliably in harsh operating conditions without interrupting operations. Their design combines durability and practicality: they operate at pressures up to 600 bar, ensuring high performance even under heavy stress; the flat-face design minimizes oil leakage and contamination, keeping the system clean and efficient; the screw-locking mechanism provides stability under vibrations and pressure spikes; and the ability to connect or disconnect under residual pressure makes operations safer and easier for the operator.

The use of VEP-P couplings delivered tangible results from the very first applications: daily operations became smoother and safer, tool handling quicker, and overall maintenance simpler.
